Chelsea began her journey with Elle & Co. over twelve years ago as one of our first interns in our downtown Baltimore studio. What started as mentorship for college credit quickly evolved into leadership, as she grew into a trusted and accomplished wedding planner.

When her family relocated to Charleston, saying farewell was never an option. Instead, opening a studio there felt like the natural next chapter. After more than a decade bonding with Elle over a shared love of the South and the undeniable charm of Charleston, the expansion felt not only seamless, but inevitable.

Today, she leads the Charleston Studio locally while collaborating closely with Elle, who reviews each design to uphold the exacting Elle & Co. standard.

As Charleston remains a premier destination wedding location, many of Chelsea’s clients plan from afar. Through seamless virtual planning, curated venue guidance, and trusted local partnerships, she ensures every detail is executed with the same clarity, care, and precision as if her clients were present for every step.
