Elle & Co. has studios in three cities, though expansion was never the plan. I never wanted to build a wedding factory or grow simply for the sake of being bigger. But as the lives of three longtime planners took them to new cities, Elle & Co. went with them.
Each studio was opened only when the right planner made expansion worthy of the brand. Every location is led by a senior planner who came through our original Baltimore studio and is deeply rooted in the Elle & Co. process, poise, and point of view we have upheld since 2008.
I remain behind the scenes at every location and on every wedding, reviewing the details and protecting the exacting standard that has defined Elle & Co. from the beginning. Three cities, one unmistakable standard.

Repeatedly recognized by numerous publications as one of the leading planners in the nation, Elle has become an iconic figure in the event design industry, the world of weddings and all things pink.
Originally aspiring to be an interior designer, Elle Ellinghaus's career took a turn after she agreed to design a client's wedding. This prompted wedding planners to consult her for their own clients' wedding designs. Recognizing her versatility and the shift in the air, she ultimately established Elle & Co. in 2008. The original studio was located on the historic and charming Canton Square in Baltimore, MD, featuring an iconic pink door and pink pineapple, bringing her company to life.
Elle has since been featured in podcasts, interviewed in magazines, highlighted in countless magazines, contributed to collegiate event-planning textbooks, and is a highly sought-after speaker and coach on all things business & branding.
Elle lives in Milton, Georgia, with her husband, their two southern belles, Emmy and Ellabelle, and their cavapoos, Peach and Pickle.
