Lauren graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a concentration in Public Relations and Human Communication, and a clear view of what her career would be. From her first wedding assisting as a college intern at Elle & Co. she knew immediately her life was destined to be surrounded by love & weddings in every way. She is married to her sweetheart, Michael, and their wedding consisted of classic beauty, stunning blooms and her favorite thing, monograms.
Since high school, Lauren has had a love of all things weddings so she applied for an internship at Elle & Co. in 2016. Within a few events, both knew they were a match made in heaven. If there are two things Elle loves, it is a charismatic personality and an eagerness to be the best; Lauren exuded both. She has spent numerous years working with both weddings and corporate event planning, which has given her an incredible knowledge of all aspects of the event industry. Repeatedly praised for her attention to detail and design, venues look forward to her willingness to think creatively with new thoughts on their spaces. Lauren has an authoritative wit hidden by sweetness & grace, which is why her clients and couples absolutely adore her. She also loves to meet new people and dive headfirst into any conversations about weddings and events.In 2021, Lauren also took over Elle & Co.’s social media and marketing and you’ll find her putting details together by day, meeting vendors for drinks and networking at venues by night. Lauren started as an intern, but quickly became an irreplaceable part of Elle & Co.
You’ll see Lauren getting choked up when the Grooms watch their Brides walking down the aisle, and at every Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dance because she is a major daddy’s (and momma’s) girl. Lauren works with all wedding packages from Week of Coordination to Full Planning & Design, as well as social and corporate events of all sizes.
