This is where it all began.
Nearly two decades later, what began behind a pink door on Canton Square has grown into a nationally recognized wedding planning house. That downtown Baltimore studio was the beginning of our reputation, the refinement of our standard, and where a small-town girl with big dreams and loud instincts dreamt of making weddings unforgettable. The place where my dream bloomed into the unmistakable, signature Elle & Co.
It was here that the first inquiries arrived, where I said a prayer before our first NFL couple walked through the pink door, and where the standard that would come to define Elle & Co. was first established.
As our events expanded far beyond Baltimore, Elle & Co. eventually outgrew that little pink-framed studio, but it remains one of the most meaningful chapters of our story. The flagship. The OG. The place where clients became family, where wedding couples returned for baby showers. Where a few select interns trained & bloomed into Elle & Co. planners. Where our reputation first earned the trust it still carries today.
Some places are simply offices. This one was the house that built my brand.

While I continue to lead the vision and direction of Elle & Co. across all studios, as well review all weddings and designs, Lauren is my marketing & operational force behind the brand and the trusted face of our Baltimore, DC, and Annapolis market. She protects the details, relationships, and client experience with the precision, composure, and care this flagship house was built on. The heart of the pink door is carried on through Lauren.

Lauren graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University and joined Elle & Co. in 2016 with a college internship, but quickly distinguished herself with a combination of instinct, talent, and precision.
SENIOR WEDDING PLANNER Known for her impeccable execution and refined design perspective, Lauren plans and designs weddings & events of every scale, from private estates and destination weddings to transforming ballrooms for weddings and social events. Her ability to anticipate, refine, and deliver at the highest level has made her a sought-after, trusted name in the industry among clients and vendors alike. Consistently working with returning clients and referrals is a testament to both her expertise and the experience she creates. Her impeccable work ethic and incredibly high standards have made her the lead of our original Baltimore-DC studio.
MANAGING DIRECTOR Lauren's exceptional dedication and meticulous attention to detail have established her as Elle's trusted confidante and indispensable partner. Since being appointed Managing Director in 2022, following Elle's relocation to Georgia, Lauren has been the cornerstone of maintaining and elevating the company's standards with vendors, marketing, and client experience; excelling every step.
